How does a Casino Party run?

When your guests enter the event, they will receive a chip or piece of funny money (which can be customized for your event). At the end of the night, we can help you award prizes to the top winners and set-up raffles, auctions, or gift stores.

What other party services do you offer?

With over 40 years of experience in the entertainment business, we have a wide array of Props and Décor to create Themed Events, that includes Vintage Las Vegas, an elegant Monte Carlo, Western, our fun-spirited Roaring 20's Speakeasy/Cotton Club/ Great Gatsby and a Tropical theme, which can include our Cruise Ship facade, that can be customized. These themes can be used to embellish your Casino Night and will create a great ambiance for your event.

We can also provide Musical Entertainment, such as an excellent Disc Jockey, a Jazz Trio, Steel Drum Bands, Mariachi, Piano/Violin Soloists, to Full Bands! We also have a Sports Game Room, Corporate Carnival, Mobile Mini Golf, Horse Race Programs, as well as Electronic Games and almost anything imaginable, for your special event!

We have a variety of Entertainers including Show Girls, Cigar/Cigarette Girls, Flappers and Gangsters, Caricature Artists, close up Magicians, Fortune Tellers and the list goes on and on! We can provide Green Screen Photography, where your guests can take photos, with a chosen background that can include your logo/date of event, that they can take home with them, as well as Photographers, Videographers and Photo Booths. We can provide assistance with site selection, centerpieces, catering, if offsite, and complete event planning.

What type of prizes should be offered?

People often get so caught up in the excitement of playing the games that, at a certain point, the prizes themselves often become secondary. If you have a budget for prizes, it does lend to the excitement for their good fortune. Gift cards, restaurant certificates, or the latest tech gadget are all good prizes.

Is a deposit required?

We usually require a 50% deposit to reserve the date or you can pay via credit card where payment is scheduled as two automatic payments.

What is the age requirement?

Since the play is strictly entertainment there is NO age requirement. We host Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras, Sweet 16's, After-Prom parties, and, in our opinion. young people learn valuable lessons about math strategies, social situations, and getting a chance to interact without a phone or tablet in their hands.

Should I tip the dealers?

Tipping is not required nor expected, but it is highly appreciated. In a real Casino, the dealers would be tipped with chips when a dealer's service is deemed satisfactory. We think this would apply to our fun nights as well; you can tip the dealer with cash or add it to your payment and we will make sure the tip is distributed to the dealers. A 10% gratuity is considered very generous.

How much time do you need to set-up?

The set-up time is contingent upon the location and the tables involved. We recommend 1 or 2 hours prior to the event. Set-up, delivery, and breakdown are always included in your contract figure.

How many gaming tables will I need for my event?

We recommend about 50-60% of guests playing at one time; we will send you a custom proposal for your event calculating the number of tables needed for your guest count, taking the other aspects of your event into consideration.

How much space do I need?

Most of our tables are 6' x 3', such as Blackjack and Let-it-Ride, Three Card Poker, and Caribbean Stud are all half moon shaped. The Roulette and small Craps tables are rectangular. Texas Hold'em is oval shaped. The large Craps table is 14' x 5'. Generally, figure approximately 15 square feet for the six-foot tables and about 80 square feet for the large Craps table. Blackjack tables can be placed at a sit down or stand up level, with the latter, lending itself to space and flow. Typically, we suggest a few at the sit-down level, for elderly, handicapped, or anyone needing to be able to be seated.
